Payment Details:
Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire short term rental period
Reservation/Damage Deposit
- $200 is required for daily and weekly bookings
- Half Month's rent is required for Monthly bookings
- Reservation/Damage Deposit will be refunded when you return the unit in the “pre-rental condition”. Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, or any other costs will be deducted from the security deposit (please request Terms and Conditions for complete details)
Payment and Method
CASH; Certified Bank Draft; Direct Bank Deposit within Canada; and Credit Card accepted via PayPal (some conditions apply).
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable with cancellation 45 days prior to arrival, less processing fee.
Policies:
- No smoking allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Check in 4:00 pm and check out 11:00 am. Check in and out times may be flexible upon request.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Housekeeping is not provided during stay.
- Cleaning fee $80.00 applicable to all rentals unless otherwise noted.
